Your next charge date, the amount and the cancel control are all in the workspace under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Refund cases are listed in Remboursement.

To get a faster answer
Include the email address on your account, the set reference if the question is about a reading, and — for billing — the date and amount of the charge. Please do not send card numbers by email; we never ask for them.
Formal complaint
A written complaint must be sent to support@zeshabitues.com or by post before a consumer mediator can be seized. We reply within one business day and give a reasoned answer within 30 days at the latest. See Médiation de la consommation.

Withdrawal within 14 days
Write to us, or use the standard form on Droit de rétractation. If you did not tick both statements at checkout, your 14 days are running in full.
Your photographs and your data
Delete a single plate or a whole set from the workspace at any time; storage is cleared within 30 days including backups. Uploads are never used to train a model. Full detail, and your right to complain to the CNIL, in the politique de confidentialité.
A reading looks wrong
Send the set reference and the trait you are questioning. Measurements are estimates with stated margins — the limits are set out in the avertissement IA. If the method is at fault we correct it and tell you.
An upload was refused
Images that appear to contain a person are refused by design. Photograph the garment laid flat, shoulders level, camera square on, on a light surface.
Accessibility
Tell us the page and the obstacle. We answer within one business day and can send the content another way. See the déclaration d'accessibilité.
